The court has stated that they need to deposit ₹60 crore before traveling. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra had filed a petition in the Bombay High Court to cancel the lookout notice issued against them related to the cheating allegations. What is the Case About?

Shilpa Shetty promised to return the money with an annual interest of 12% within a specified time. In 2016, she also provided a written personal guarantee. However, she later resigned from her position as a director of the company, according to the entrepreneur’s complaint. The case is currently being heard in court.
